After breaking the seal with a nail file, saturate foil wrap sponge with gel remover or acetone and place on top of gel nail. Wrap each nail tightly with foil wrap. Depending on thickness of gel application, removal time may vary. Once gel is loosened from nail plate, use a plastic pusher to push gel off nail. do not pry off. Repeat for each finger
